Duckyyls Holt is a 15th-century T-shaped timber-framed building originally functioning as an ale-house known as the Batts and later as The Tuns. It features plaster infilling, with the ground floor rebuilt in red brick and a tiled roof. The building has casement windows and consists of one storey and an attic, with three windows in total. Inside, there is a crown-post roof.
