Description

LINDFIELD RURAL HAM LANE, 1. 5405 Scaynes Hill Awbrook Old Farmhouse TQ 32 SE 17/337 II

  1. L-shaped building. West wing C17 or earlier timber-framed building. The ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick. First floor oversails with painted brick infilling and is partly close-studded. The west end has been added or refronted in the C18 with red brick and grey headers, its north front now painted. Tiled roof. Some casement windows, some sashes, some of these with glazing bars. North wing modern. Two storeys. Five windows.
