Description

Inces House is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed house located on Lewes Road in Scaynes Hill. The building features plaster and painted brick infilling, with a tiled roof and casement windows. It stands two storeys high and has four windows. There is a modern addition at the south end that imitates timbering, along with other additions made of red brick and tile-hanging on the west side.
