Description

Chuck's Cottage is an L-shaped building located in Littleworth Lane, West Grinstead. The original section of the cottage dates from the 17th century or earlier and was initially timber-framed. The timbering and plaster infilling are visible on the sides, although the front has been refaced with tile-hanging. The roof is hipped, with Horsham slabs covering the front and tiles the rear. Casement windows are present. The cottage has two storeys and three windows. A 19th-century addition of red brick with a gable is situated behind the original structure.
