Description

This is an 18th-century L-shaped farmhouse located on Need's Hill in West Grinstead. It is a two-storey building with four windows. The exterior is faced with Roman cement, and the building has an eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and made of Horsham slabs, with intact glazing bars in the windows. A 19th-century gabled porch with a Horsham slab roof has been added.
