Description

Thatch Cottage is an L-shaped cottage located on Charlton Road in Singleton. The main part of the cottage dates from the 18th century or earlier and is two storeys high with two windows. It is faced with flints and features red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is thatched, and the windows are casement style. There is a later addition to the east wing, which is made of painted brick.
