  1. Dated 1862. Two storeys. Two windows. Red brick. Tiled roof. Casement windows with stone dripstones and latticed panes. Non-central projection with steep gable. Gabled dormer to west of this. Doorways with dripstones over. Shield inscribed: "Erected by the Hon M Vernon Harcourt as a memorial to the late Prince Consort, the labourers' friend, AD 1862".
