Description
The Plat is a former pair of cottages, dating from the 17th century or earlier. It is a timber-framed building with red brick infilling, which has been partly refaced with red brick and grey headers. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The building features casement windows and a gabled porch. It has two storeys and four windows.
