Description
The Selsey Arms Public House is a building that originated as a timber-framed cottage in the southeast corner, dating from the 17th century or earlier. It features red brick infilling and has been partly refaced with brick and tarred weather-boarding, topped with a tiled roof. The cottage has two storeys and three casement windows. Around 1830, a taller L-shaped building was added to the northwest, which is also two storeys high and has four windows. This addition is stuccoed and has a modern concrete tiled roof, but retains its glazing bars. The entrance features a doorway with a flat hood supported by brackets and a segmental fanlight above.
