Description

Bines Farmhouse is a timber-framed house, likely dating from the 17th century or earlier. It has an L-shape. Originally with plaster infilling between the timber frame, the west wing has been refaced with modern red brick, while the north front is tile-hung. The roof of the north-west wing is tiled, while the remainder is covered with Horsham slabs. The windows are casement windows, and the house has two storeys and three windows visible on the front elevation.
