Grange Farmhouse is a timber-framed house, likely dating from the 17th century or earlier. It has an L-shaped layout and plaster infilling between the timbers. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped profile. The windows are casement windows with small square panes of glass. A modern porch and bay window have been added to the north side of the ground floor. The house is two stories high and has four windows visible from the front.
