Description

Pinland Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building located on Bines Road in West Grinstead. The farmhouse consists of two parallel ranges. The north range dates from the 18th century and is two storeys high with four windows. It is constructed of red brick and features a modillion eaves cornice and a hipped roof made of Horsham slabs. The windows in this range are casement style. The south range, built in the 19th century, has a ground floor that is cemented, while the upper part is tile-hung. The front of its roof is tiled, while the back is also covered with Horsham slabs, and it also has casement windows.
