Description

April Cottage, originally known as Clifton House, is an L-shaped building dating from the early 19th century. It stands two storeys high and features four windows on the north side and two on the east side. The exterior is faced with roughcast and topped with a hipped slate roof. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a trellised wooden porch on the north front.
