Description

This is a late 16th-century timber-framed house, originally of two bays, which was altered in the 19th century with the addition of a further bay. The main elevation of the property faces the rear. It is two storeys high and faced with brick and stone, featuring a steeply pitched hipped roof with gablets and a centrally positioned, renewed brick chimney stack. There is an outshut to the rear. The front has three 19th-century casement windows and two 19th-century trelliswork porches. The interior retains exposed timbers, including some diagonal braces, and a wattle and daub partition within the outshut.
