Description

Newells Cottages, located on Brighton Road in Lower Beeding, were built around 1850 and originally consisted of two cottages. The building is two storeys high and features four windows. It is constructed from ashlar stone and has a tiled roof. The cottages have casement windows with stone mullions and transoms, and there is a gable at the center of the structure. Additionally, there are two doorways, each with a flat hood above.
