Description

Leonardslee is an Italianate house designed by T L Donaldson in 1853. It is two storeys tall, constructed of ashlar with a slate roof. The building features a wide eaves bracket cornice and sash windows. There is a porch supported by four rusticated Tuscan columns. To the north-east, there is a likely older Georgian wing with three window bays, which now serves as the office wing. Inside, the house has a central hall with Ionic columns inspired by those of the Erechtheum.
