Description

Holbrook Park, dating from the mid-19th century, is a two-storey building with eight windows. The exterior is faced with cement and features a balustraded parapet. The windows are set within moulded architrave surrounds; those on the first floor have cornices supported by console brackets. Most windows are casements, although some ground-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars. A projecting Italianate tower is located at the north-east corner, distinguished by a wide eaves cornice on console brackets. A wide porch extends towards the south end, supported by coupled Ionic columns. Another porch, containing an elliptical-headed doorway, is positioned to the north of this.
