Description

These are two buildings, part of the Goodwood Estate and known locally as “Dukery type” dwellings. They were built in the mid-19th century, featuring a half-H shaped plan. The buildings are two storeys high and have four windows. Construction is of coursed stone with dressings, quoins, and drip stones above the windows, combined with red brick and grey brick headers. The roofs are tiled. The windows are casement windows, and the outer window bays project with gables above.
