Description
This is an 18th-century villa, now located on Main Road in Bosham. It is a two-storey building with three windows. The villa is constructed of red brick, featuring an eaves cornice and a tiled roof. It has casement windows, and a doorway framed by a reeded architrave with a projecting cornice. The door itself is made of six fielded panels.
