Description

Watersedge, located on Lumley Road in Southbourne, is a lodge-like building constructed in the early 19th century. It consists of two storeys and features two windows. The exterior is faced with flints, complemented by dressings and quoins made of painted brick. The building has a tiled roof, although the glazing bars are missing. The structure has two splayed ends that are connected by a lower section, which contains dummy windows with cinquefoil-headed lights.
