Description
Harrocks, Jolyon, and Salthill Cottage, originally called Salthill Farm, is a building from 1792 that has been divided into three houses, with the centre house (Jolyon) being the only one listed previously. The structure is two storeys high and features three windows. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers, and the first floor of the south end is patched with slate-hanging. The roof has a tiled eaves cornice. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a doorway with a flat hood supported by brackets. Salthill Cottage is a recessed section with one window bay made of red brick located to the southeast. Harrocks is an early 19th-century addition that consists of two window bays, also in red brick.
