Description

The Cathedral Clergy House is a late 19th-century building, likely designed by architect J A Hanson around 1870 to 1873. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features pitched, hipped, and conical slate roofs adorned with elaborate iron finials. The building has tall, grouped ashlar chimney stacks and stands three storeys high. Throughout the structure, there are mullion and transom windows. The Cathedral Clergy House is part of a group with the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St Philip Neri, located on London Road.
