Description
Roland House is a building likely from the 18th century, which has been altered with later stucco. It features two storeys and a tall hipped mansard roof. The street-facing side has two windows, while the main side has three windows. The windows are triple, with half-height on the first floor and are fitted with glazing bar sashes. The ground floor has horizontal channelling, with a band above that supports corner pilasters on the first floor and coupled pilasters framing a slight recess in the centre of the main front. There are small brackets below the first floor sills and moulded panels underneath. A band runs above the first floor, and there are paired eaves brackets. The dormers also have glazing bars.
