Description

The dovecote at the south end of Dairy Lane is a 18th-century structure that was originally part of the farm buildings associated with Pigeon House Farm, which it helped name. The dovecote is now separate from the farmhouse, which is no longer in Dairy Lane. It is a round building constructed with flints and features red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is conical and tiled, with a birds' entrance located at the apex.
