Description

This is an early to mid-18th century farmhouse, later used as a house. It is constructed of flint with yellow brick dressings, including quoins, a band, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is a plain tiled mansard roof with kneelers and an end stack. The building has a parallel ridge roof plan and a regular three-bay front. The upper floor has glazing bar sashes with segmental heads, while the ground floor features wide hipped square bays with paired sashes that do not have glazing bars. A central entrance is marked by a panelled door, a transom light, and a flat hood supported on brackets.
