Description
Sunset Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century. It is timber framed with whitewashed rubble and brick infilling, topped by a plain tiled roof that is hipped with a gablet on the right and extends in a catslide to the front left. The cottage has two storeys, featuring a multiple ridge stack to the left of centre and a stack at the rear right. There are four windows on the first floor and three on the ground floor, all under drip hoods. The door is located to the left of centre in a re-entrant angle, with a pentice hood porch supported by one wooden post. Additionally, there is a pentice extension at the right end of the building.
