Description

This chest tomb, dating from the late 18th century, is located 4 metres north of the northwest buttress of the Church of St. Peter in Hascombe. It features a moulded plinth with projecting panelled sides and concave corners. The angles are adorned with fluted Doric pilasters, and it has a flat lid with a moulded edge. This tomb is part of a notable group of tombs situated to the north and west of the Church of St. Peter.
