Description
Hascombe Place is a house dating from the late 18th century, with 19th and 20th century extensions on the right side. The building is constructed of cement-rendered brick and features low-pitched, hipped slate roofs. It stands two storeys high with end stacks at both the right and left. Originally designed with five bays, it has been extended to seven bays, with the two additional bays located on the right. The first floor has seven 12-pane glazing bar sash windows, six of which are topped with pelmet hoods. The ground floor includes six windows, five of which also have pelmet hoods, along with central double casement doors. There is an additional panelled door located in a hipped slate roof porch on the right-hand return front. A single-storey brick extension projects from the front left of the house.
