The barn at Little Wildwood Farm is an 18th-century structure. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with some stone footings, and is clad in weatherboard. The roof is plain tiled and half-hipped, extending down in catslides over the aisles. The barn has central double doors in a gabled midtrey, with nesting boxes attached to the gable. There is a lower range that is set back to the left. The interior consists of three framed bays. This barn is included in the listing for its group value only.
