Description

Little Bookers Lea Farm is a house dating from the late 16th century. It features a timber frame that is exposed on the cross wing, with brick infilling that was once colourwashed. The front is clad in pebbledashed render beneath plain tiled roofs, which are half-hipped over the cross wing. The building has an L-shaped plan, with the wing on the left positioned at right angles to the road. It is two storeys tall, with an end stack to the right and a rear stack on the cross wing. The entrance front has two casement windows on each floor, and a half-glazed door with a cambered head is situated in the centre. The cross wing has a two-bay design and features a Queen-post roof.
