Description
Oliver House is a house that has been converted into a coffee house. It dates back to the 17th century and has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building features a timber frame, which is clad in red and blue brick, with tile-hung return walls and a hipped plain tiled roof. It has one storey and an attic, with three large tile-hung and gabled dormers that extend through the eaves. There are stacks located to the left of the center and at the rear. On the ground floor, there are three hipped roof square bay windows that have diamond pane leaded glazing. The entrance includes panelled doors on the left and right of the center, each with glazed oval panels in the upper part and barge-boarded porches. Additionally, there is a wing at right angles to the rear left of the building.
