No. 30 High Street is an early 17th-century building, dated 1613 on a beam with black-letter writing. It stands two storeys high and features three gabled bays. Originally known as the Red Lion Inn, the building has a timber-framed structure, but it is now tile-hung above. The ground floor has a modern plate glass shop front that spans the entire width of the building, and modern casement windows have been added.
