Description
This is an 18th-century outbuilding located at the rear of No 3 (Godalming Galleries Ltd) on Wharf Street. It is constructed of brick in English garden wall bond with weatherboard cladding and features a plain tile roof. The building is one storey high and has three bays. The yard elevation includes two doors and a 4-pane window in the gable end. Inside, the lower sections of the walls are made of brick, with wooden studs above supporting the weatherboard. There are straight braces at the ends, tie beams, and some collars to the rafters. This outbuilding is included for its group value.
