Description
Marepond Farm House is a 17th-century building with 19th-century extensions. It has a timber-framed core that is clad in Bargate stone rubble, with brick dressings and red and blue chequerwork brick above. The roof is plain tiled and half-hipped to the left. The house has two storeys, featuring a large stack on the left and a corbelled stack on the rear ridge to the right. There is a gable to the left of the centre. The house has two windows on both the first and ground floors, which are leaded and have cambered heads. A door is located to the right of centre, also under a cambered head, with an additional door to the left. There is a wing at the rear of the house.
