Description
Hale Methodist Church is a late 19th-century building located on The Green in Upper Hale. It is constructed of flint with red brick dressings and has quoins at the buttresses. The church features a tiled roof. On the north-west wall of the main body of the church, there are four tall round-headed windows that are flanked by buttresses. In the fourth bay from the left end, there is a gabled porch made of flint and brick, which has a round-headed doorway. At the left end of the church, there is a gabled projection with a small narrow round-headed opening that has red brick dressing. To the north, there is a lower extension, or chancel, which includes a three-light window in the gable end, with each light being round-headed, and a small circular window above.
