Description

Fairview is a 19th-century, two-storey building located on The Street in Wrecclesham. It features two window bays and a door, topped by a slate hipped roof with red tile ridges. The exterior is constructed of rough clunch masonry, with red brick quoins and dressings. The sash windows are three panes wide and have slightly segmented heads. The entrance includes a four-panelled door set in reveals. Fairview is listed as Grade II due to its group value with the nearby Cricketers' Inn, with both buildings forming a cohesive architectural group.
