Description

Tanhurst is a late 18th-century house located on the east side of High Street, Bramley. The house is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof and features front end stacks. The facade has three 12-pane sash windows on the first floor, each with a gauged brick head. A similar sash window is located on the ground floor to the left. A casement window occupies the ground floor to the right. The central entrance features a six-panel door with the top two panels glazed, set within a fluted, strip-pilaster surround topped by a modillioned, bowed cornice and flat hood.
