Description

The yard walls to the Friends Meeting House in Godalming were likely built around 1715 and have been altered since then. They are constructed from Bargate rubblestone with brick coping. The walls enclose the yard on the front and left-hand sides, featuring a later iron gate on the right side of the front wall. The left-hand wall stands approximately 3 metres high and has ridged coping, while the front wall is about 2 metres high with flat coping and brick piers at the gateway. The former right-hand yard wall has been incorporated into the range built against it.
