Description

The building comprises a rear wing of No. 26, High Street, Oxted, and dates from the 17th century, with later 19th-century houses across the front. The wing is timber-framed with whitewashed brick infill and has a plain tiled roof, with ridge stacks on both the left and right sides. It has two storeys and two framed bays. A horizontal sliding sash window is located on the first floor, a further sash window on the ground floor to the right, and a casement window to the ground floor on the left. A part-glazed door is present on the street front. The houses across the front are not included in the listing.
