Description

The Grange is a house dating from around 1700. It is constructed of red brick with blue brick headers on a brick plinth, with fishscale tile hanging above. The roofs are of plain tiles and have a half-hipped shape with end stacks at the front and rear. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and has three dormers with hipped roofs. A brick dentil band runs above the ground floor. The front has three windows in a Venetian style across the first floor, with a segmental arched centre light and flanking lower lights in each window. A central glazed door is set within a moulded surround, topped with a frieze under a flat hood supported by moulded brackets.
