Description

The property is a farmhouse, dating to the 15th century with significant remodelling around 1850. It has a timber-frame core. The exterior is of rubblestone, with brick quoins and dressings, and a plain tiled roof. A ridge stack is located to the right of the centre. The farmhouse is two storeys high and features three projecting, square gabled bays across the front. The upper floor has sash windows, while the ground floor has 20th-century casement windows. A glazed door is situated to the left of the centre, sheltered by a half-hipped porch hood supported by wooden columns. The rear of the property exhibits three gables projecting from the main roofline. Inside, a fine octagonal crown post remains in the roof, along with original roof timbers, although the remainder of the interior was remodelled.
