Description

Court Lodge Farm House is a 17th-century house with later 18th-century additions and 20th-century extensions to the rear. The house has a timber frame, set on a rendered stone plinth, with brick infill and cladding, and is rendered on the front. It has a plain tiled roof with a ridge stack located to the right of the centre. The house is two storeys high, with a gable lit attic; a plat band runs above the first floor. There are four casement windows on each floor. A double half-glazed door is located on the left hand return front, at the junction with a rear wing, and there is a further door to the rear. The timber frame is exposed in the left hand return gable.

The interior displays considerable framing, chamfered beaming on the first floor, and deep brick fireplaces with wooden lintels.
