Description

The remains of an obelisk, dating from around 1841, are located in the grounds of St. Tarcissius School. This structure may have originally served as a signal tower. It features a stone base with red brick above, incorporating some blue brick headers. The obelisk is square in shape and has arched entrances at the center of each side, with the tower tapering above. It stands approximately 30 feet high, although there is no roof remaining.
