Description

Perry Green, located on Oaks Road in Stanwell, is a timber-framed house dating to the 16th and 17th centuries, with later alterations and extensions. The structure incorporates painted brick infill between the timber framing. The house is two storeys high with a gable-lit attic and has a tiled roof. A small central chimney is present, along with one to the left. It features 20th-century wooden casement windows with shutters, arranged as a 1:2:1 pattern on the first floor, with three windows on the ground floor to the left and a bracketted bay window to the right. A central gabled porch shelters a battened split door. Originally comprising three cottages, the central one likely dates to the 16th century, while the outer cottages probably date to the 17th century.
