Description

The Malt House, built around 1852, is now used as offices. It is constructed of brick and features slate roofs. The building has two storeys and includes full height pilasters with weathered tops. The south elevation has seven small windows on each floor, each with cambered arches. At the west end, there is a kiln that has walls the same height as the main structure, topped with a tall slated pyramid roof that has a cut-off stop and is now fitted with a new cowl.
