Description
Ladyland Farm House is a house dating from the early 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It has a timber frame set on a rendered and stone plinth, with exposed brick infill at the ends and rendered infill to the right of the center. The roof is plain tiled and features a corbelled ridge stack located to the left of the center. The house has two storeys and attics, with large, tile-hung gables from the 19th century. There is a diamond-pane leaded casement dormer to the right of the center, supported by carved brackets. On the first floor, there is one 4-light casement window to the left, one 3-light casement window to the right of the center, and another 3-light casement window to the right. A planked and studded door is situated to the left of the center, set within a gabled porch supported by wooden posts, with framed sides and brick front walls. To the left, there is a pentice roof extension that is weatherboarded on top. The rear features square panel framing with restored brick infill. Inside, the framing is visible in the walls and ceilings.
