Description

North Cottage and South Cottage are an early to mid-19th century pair of houses located on Dovers Green Road. Each cottage is two storeys tall and features two windows. They are constructed of stucco and have fairly low pitched slated roofs with chimneys at both ends and in the centre. The first floor has low sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor has long casement windows with margin lights. A full-width loggia, which has a tarred pent roof, is supported by brick piers at the ends and centre, with wooden columns in between. There are small extensions at the ends of each cottage.
