Description
This coal tax post, dating from the 19th century, is made of cast iron and stands on a square plinth with chamfered sides. It features a panel displaying the City of London Coat of Arms and has a moulded cap. Near the top of the shaft, there is a raised inscription that reads "4 x 25 Vict" and "Cap 42".
