Description

The forecourt wall and gates to Merry Hall, likely built in the late 18th century, consist of a brick wall and wrought-iron gates. The wall forms a concave bow in front of the house and is approximately one metre high. In the center of the wall, there are a pair of tall, narrow gate piers, with the left pier topped by a pineapple finial. The gates are ornamental wrought iron.
