HIGH STREET 1. 1049 (South-East Side) Three Lamp Standards 54 bollards and hand- rail within curtilage of Nos 22 to 100 (even) TQ 1649 SE 1/157

  1. Plain iron hand-rail supported by Cl9 cast-iron bollards with fluted columns extending along the northern edge of the pavement which rises occasionally to a height of some feet above the level of the road and is reached from the road by narrow flights of brick steps. Double cast-iron lamp-standard above a flight of steps outside No 54 (qv). Single lamp-standard outside Nos 94-96 and one other lamp standard outside premises occupied by Derek Gardner & Sons Ltd.
